    I got so many complaints from my friends that every time they call to me they are hearing a buzz sound for 3 to 5 seconds as soon as i answer the call from my Z10 Please help on this!!!!

    You don't say if you've tried another phone with the same SIM. Also, I presume you don't have this issue when you call out. The first thing I would do is check with my carrier.

    It's a known issue. Try to reboot your phone or turn of vibrate in notifications. Vibrate is useless anyway.
