This can only be activated by your company's IT department - they need to be using BES10 as I understand it. I'm in the same boat, would love to be able to self-regulate the balance between work/personal. Hopefully they'll heed the call at some point and open this up (though, they make money with BES10, not with you or I controlling it). Unfortunately, my work's IT doesn't use BES10 they just set me up on Exchange/ActiveSync.
