    On my last Blackberry Torch 9810 from AT&T I use to get presidential, amber, and weather alerts built in. Does the Z10 have any built functionality that does this?

    Yes, the Z10 has those alerts, and they can be controlled under Hub settings. Open the Hub, click on the three dots, then selects settings, then Emergency Alerts. They all can be turned on or off, expect for Presidential Alerts, those have to be set to On.
