So I've been playing with my Z10 quite a fair bit, testing it and literally - trying to break it before we roll them out on a corporate level. I want to build a comprehensive bug list so people like myself, who look after these devices have a knowledgebase - as well as general consumers who fear they are alone in their Plight



BB World App Crash
Known Solution: None, Secure-Wipe

I downloaded a game from BB world on my personal Z10. It started to download, completed and was installing. At this point, BB World appeared to freeze, with the installing.... text. Attempting to cancel or close did nothing. After this, there was noticeable lag between sliding between screens, general functionality.

Steps taken to attempt a resolve.

Closed BBWorld
Rebooted Device
Tried going through BBWorld Settings
Tried to find location of install (At least when iOS does this, you can cancel it because the icon can be removed)

I literally could not get it to clear, and the phone performance deteriated. I ended up doing a secure wipe. I downloaded the same game after the wipe, on the same connection (WIFI - 300mbit Connection) - And it worked fine.
