    The browser stays loading, you can't refresh or click on the address bar. I notice this happens when I delete history.(http://www.google.com/?s=mobile)

    This has happened before and I did all the steps on the forums and it didn't work so I did a reset on my phone. Don't wanna do a reset again so if anyone knows a different way to solve this issue.

    Try solution 2. It has worked for many. I used to have the same issues as you. But after updating to my carrier's 10.1 MR, the browser is fine again. I really think this is a bug.
