Agreed. And it's not cool that we can not set Private browsing to permanent

You can change that. In browser go to settings then display and change "on start up" from last tabs to homepage. Set the homepage to whatever you want (I use google)

with my pc and my mac, when I open a new tab, it shows the most frequented sites. This, at times, has proven awkward to say the least, but at least it taught me to be a tad more careful on the settings I have in place when I visit said sites

Get in the habit of turning privacy on every time!
Or stop showing other people your browser...

if that isn't setup friendly, i personaly dont like the idea of the browser history showing up right away
