    The crystal is broken on my Z10, the display still works but it will not change screens. Is replacing the screen likely to fix the problem or will it be more involved than that?

    It will be fine after you replace the screen, the sensors for touch are built onto the screen so the new one will work fine. They can be a bit pricey though, I'm looking to get them in my retail store but can't find under 189.99, which is stupid compared to other phones.

    Great thanks. I took it to Bell but it will cost about $80 for them to send it to RIM for an estimate, I'd rather get it done myself.
