Hey guys, been bummed recently since my Z10's 3.5mm jack suddenly broke. It doesn't seem to have that clicking sound anymore when you push in headphones jacks or aux cables..

Just wondering though, if I have it repaired, would you guys know how long it would take? Planning to go to one of the blackberry service centers here in Manila just to get it fixed but I need to know how long it would take them to fix it.

Mine has been janky for a while. Still works though. My guess is that some pocket lint or whatever got into it. Still debating how to go about it

I sent mine for repair a couple of months ago and it is still not the same as before. And the telus store gave me a effing curve for 2weeks. Im still pissed about it

Just had mine repaired. It took 2 weeks. You take your phone to your mobile provider and they mail it to BlackBerry. In my case I had to put down an $80 refundable deposit...(if they find water damage or misuse they keep the deposit). The repair comes with a 90 day warranty.

It took 2 weeks? Dayyymn. I'll miss my phone!! Haha

My phone actually has warranty but since we have BlackBerry Service Centers here then it might just be faster?
