I use Dropbox and Mega. However, if your about security Mega is the way to go. Not fully integrated into BB10 like dropbox but app works.

You've gotten lots of good input. Just to add one more to the mix, I use Dropbox, but my preferred cloud storage is Copy. They give you 15 gb free to start, and 5gb more for everyone you sign up. The only downside is, last I checked, there's no native Blackberry app, but I assume there will be. I haven't tried Box yet, but I'm sure it is very similar.

If you or anyone are interested in signing up for Copy, let me know. Using my "recommend" can get you an additional 5GB of space (starting you with 20 GB) and will get me an additional 5GB as well.
