I have a DNX 9990HD in my car and have always listened to music via Bluetooth on my Bold 9900. When I got my Z10 it would connect and play music fine. After a few times it began getting spotty cutting in and out now it says they are connected, but the music keeps playing on my Z10. I can skip/play/pause from the DNX onto the Z10, but the music will not play.

Yes the headunit still works fuly functionally and with my 9900.

Any help? Thanks!

I have the DNX9990HD and my Z10 music is fine via bluetooth. Have you updated to the latest firmware on the Kenwood unit? I'm having two problems, one the phonebook brings in all the names without numbers and numbers without names. The second is that the phone doesn't work until fully set up (phonebook, call logs, etc). Not huge deal as I have to wait another 20 seconds before I can make a call. With my 9900 it worked right away.

Is this an aftermarket unit? I've been looking at aftermarket Kenwood and JVC for my Jeep, but I don't remember the model numbers.

Try deleting the bluetooth connection on the HU then try to reestablish it by having the HU scan for it. I don't have a Kenwood but a pioneer 8400bh that's how I did it after having a problem and that seemed to resolve it.

No I have not, I bought it over the summer, has there been an update since?

Yes, it is Aftermarket. It was the top of the line unit, but I believe they have a new one now.

I will try to do that again, but I did try the other day.
