do you know if it's possible to get Bluetooth internet on the BlackBerry Z10 ?

Unless I've misunderstood your question, the Z10 (or any other BB) will only share the phones 3G/4G signal over bluetooth if you use Bridge to a PlayBook.

Settings > Network. & connections > Internet tethering

I suggest using Mobile hotspot though. Turns your phone into a hotspot for wireless Internet.

I don't think that works outside of connection to another BlackBerry device? As you said, wireless Hotspot is a better option than bluetooth (it's faster).

I've used it to connect to my computer and to my iPad.
Bridge to my PlayBook is just so slick and flawless.
Hot spot also works.
