    Could be too far... try keeping them in close vicinity (not more than 2ft) and do the same as before.. if the problem does not occur you'll know that the distance was the cause..

    If the problem does occur than there's something screwed up.. you could try to restart the phone to see if it helps...

    I never use Bluetooth over a distance of more than 3 to 6ft, which it should be able to handle though, to certain degree.. 15ft could be stretching it just a little too much..

    Bt range on my z is worse than my 9810. I used to could leave my phone in my bedroom and walk into my kitchen with no issues but now it will drop before I get to the kitchen.
