    This has occurred a handful of times where I have tried to unlock the screen by sliding up but all that shows is basically the background, the unlock password does not appear until after a reboot.

    Just thought I'd share...

    Yea, your not the only one... battery pulls fix it. Hopefully an update will address this

    It's common in a few cases, waking the device up, open apps or switching between. Makes me think that later release in the US was so that we could work out the bugs, but I'm good with that!

    exactly i have now embraced the fact we were the "lab rats" and when its released in the US an update should follow with key apps and alot of bug improvements. do i care?? NOPE! Love this phone and the OS!

    Glad to know its not just me facing that issue though
