    My z10 is working fine for more than a year and used rough... loving it...
    Its not that I'm praising it.. my WP Lumia800 was a brick and z10 IS awesome.

    There might be a bad batch pushed at low prices to the market maybe... bad on BlackBerry and the distributor's part...!
