Hi, my name is Kam and i am facing a problem with my Blackberry Z10. I am trying to unlock my device already tried 8 attempts and its still saying wrong or incorrect password but i know what password i set down and what i am putting in. It happened really quickly because 2 minutes before this happened i was using my device and that time also i unlocked my device with same password, with correct password. I have lots of data about 2000 pictures+videos. I don't wanna enter a wrong password and delete my data. Could anyone please help me out?

If you don't type in what the device thinks is the correct password, it will wipe. has happened to me.
Your pictures are not saved on an SD card?

Well, the obvious answer is you a not typing in the password exactly as you set it. Are you sure you aren't putting in caps where there shouldn't be any, etc.?
