Well I've got a blackbery z10 and for some reason it will not update, it keeps giving me the same error everytime i try and update! Error: the update server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. [Error Code: 2032] <-- this error is when WIFI is ON! when WIFI is off i get a error saying This software update is too large to be downloaded over this network. Please use a WI-FI network instead.

It would be great if you could help!

having the same error 2032 now too. wiped my device to try to fix an error earlier, and now cant get my latest OS from at&t.

what network provider do you have? and what version do you have on your Z10 right now.

I also have the same problem. Only, mine downloads the update but stops at 40% and says "unable to connect to the update server. please check network connection settings"..

been going on like this the entire week since the update launched. suck so bad... need skype

has anyone had this issue fixed? mine wont work and wind technical support refuses to escalate it to bb tec support when bb says they have to or I have to pay
