Who is the best way to reload the OS??? I have upgrade the latest os through my phone 10.3.2.858 but I think tjat is not the correct way because my battery drain very fast..
I dont know who is the problem that my battery drain very fast...
What can I do to fix this issue?????

You can use an autoloader. Download it, connect your phone to pc and run the autoloader. The latest and the best is 10.3.2.2639. Wish you luck.

Since you have 10.3.2 you can only move UP to a new version of 10.3.2....
use an autoloader and try a different OS.

Acces the link Jaydee5799 provided in the third post. That is an archive of autoloaders. Click on 10.3.2.2639. Then there will be a list. Go and click on the autoloader version for your phone, with the .7z extension(If your phone is STL100-4 then go ahead and click on Z10_10.3.2.2639_STL100-4.7z). After you downloaded it use the intructions i gave you in the first post. Make sure you have at least 20% battery remaining, and dont touch your screen while the install is running.

1. If you downloaded the file go ahead and extract it with winrar/7zip.
2. Now you have an autoloader.
3. connect your phone to your pc with usb cable. Make sure your have link installed. You dont need link to be opened.
4. run autoloader and wait till it finishes. after it will finish installing the phone will restart.
5. there is no point in backup because it will wipe all the data.

Sometimes after an update there is an indexing process that demands a lot of battery use in the first 48 hours, to speed up this process put your device on flight mode overnight, see if that helps, 10.3.2 can be a thirsty beast with batteries please note.
