    Hi Guys and Gals, so I pulled my Z10 out on my pocket and went to use it and the touch screen has stopped working, I have no idea why as I was using it about 2 minutes before and i have tried to click the power button on it three times but it still doesn't work.

    Any ideas or solutions??

    Try a reset: hold the up and down volume buttons down for 20 seconds or so.

    Pull out a battery and put it back. If phone will not start then battery is disharged.
