[CrackBerry Question]

I am able to use my blackberry Z10 through the Sync in my Lincoln MKX for phone calls, however if I try to listen to music, a video, a voice mail it doesn't work. I have to switchover to speaker or turn off the car.

I am sure it is an easy fix in settings but I have been unsuccessful in locating it.

Try going into bluetooth settings on phone when connected to car.
Open to list of bluetooth devices.
Press to open car or Sync...not sure how it's displayed in Lincoln.
You should see options for hands free, media streaming etc.
Set them up as desired.
That should do it.
