I dropped my phone earlier today and it turned off (this has happened a few times, the phone will turn off and then back on immediately). This time the red light came on (for about 30 seconds-1 minute) but the screen did not.

The red light proceeded to turn off and nothing happened. When I try holding the power button the red light blinks twice and then stays on for 30-60 seconds before turning off. BBLink does not recognize my device, nor does my PC (with or without the battery).

    What can I do?

sounds like you soft bricked it. Time to reload an OS.
take the battery out first and see if it boots. Also plug into your PC and see if it can be recognized!

I don't know what you mean by "reload an OS".

But when plugged into the computer it is not recognized (with or without the battery)

    Start Link on your computer.
Remove battery from device , attach via usb to computer.
    If Link detects device,select " Preferences " ( top right ).
Then select " Reload Device Software "

I appreciate the suggestion, unfortunately Link does not detect the device, making me unable to reload any software.

    Why could this be?

You can use an autoloader to reload the device software for your BlackBerry Z10.

    1. Go to http://bit.ly/autoloaders, then click on 10.3.1 > Complete > 10.3.1.2744.
    2. Download the file appropriate for your BlackBerry Z10. For example if you have an STL100-3, then use the file labelled Z10_10.3.01.2744_STL100-2-3.7z.
    3. Use a utility such as 7-Zip or WinRAR to extract the contents of the file you have downloaded.
    4. Navigate to where you've extracted the file and you should see a .exe file. Double click on this to run it.
    5. When you see the message "Connecting to bootrom...", connect your phone to your computer with the USB cable.
    6. Wait until the autoloader has flashed both the OS and the radio, at the end of the process it will say "Done".

Once you've done the above, you can proceed with completing the initial set up, signing in with your BlackBerry ID, and set up your accounts and configure your phone to your preferences.

Follow the directions in the post above only use a newer autoloader from here - https://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-l...rchive-943672/
