And by the way, a lot of this stuff is on the Z10 device itself in the help including the videos.

Every time I download the user manual, either from this site or the Blackberry site, it comes out as a bunch of jumbled, unintelligible letters. Is there some setting I need to change? Thanks in advance. GH
