    Help. Im running version 10.1.0.4181 stl-100 .. i dunno if this is a bug or something but my phone just has no sound .. i already volume up from settings etc but nothing worked.. ive read some other forums that ul have to open the back cover then press some buzzer near the speaker .. it worked but it went silent again.. should i replace my z10 or should i wait for the update to 10.2 maybe it can fix the bug? Pls help. Thnk you

    Well from what you say it appears to be a hardware issue. If this is the case no OS update is going to fix it. If possible replace it.
