    Better ask your carrier if your plan is a BlackBerry plan. Or else change your apn settings to your carrier. That works for me.

    There is no need anymore to have an account provisioned for BlackBerry. I asked Bell about this a few weeks ago, and it turns out they have made away with that provision, and have both BlackBerry and Android use the same data plans now...
