I'd like to know too as I have some attachments that were put and saved on my device memory that I am unable to move to my pictures folder. I always have all my photos to be saved to my decide, so how they got put into my device memory is beyond me

Can someone explain how to move all of the to my SD card and not just one at a time?

    Thank you

I have android apps too. Get an SD. Delete some apps. Shouldn't require too much troubleshooting.

What was the total size of all the files you were trying to transfer?

When transferring large amount of data onto the phone, what the phone does is cache in the space needed. It's kinda like going to a bank and getting a certified cheque. Even if you still have the money in your bank, it's reserved for something else.

So even if you don't see the files in your phone(yet), it's already taken up space because it'll eventually take up that space. What may have happened is that it hasn't completely transferred and stuck in limbo.

The best way to see this is when you use Frostwire. When you download a movie, it'll scan and reserve that file for you. Even if the download hasn't started yet, it's already made its reservations. That way it doesn't conflict with other items when you decide to download other things.

This also happens with Box and OneDrive file sync, these apps take all the files total size and cache it in the device memory and you recover it only after all the files are synced, it would be good if they cache one file at a time, so maybe you are syncing some video or pictures, drop down the quick settings and see below if there is any transfer in progress.
