    I try to use the internet on my z10 and it comes up with the no network connection screen but it works on wifi so i go into my mobile networks settings and data services is switched off so i try to switch them on but the slider will not move.
    I am on giff gaff (o2) i have tried both o2 and giff gaff sims and i just dose the same thing.
    Please any help is much appreciated.

    That's pointless, I'm on the same network as the OP, they don't have a customer support service as such.

    @OP, can you Screenshot your APN settings page? It's the Settings cog button on the Toolbar
