    My BlackBerry z10 doesn't boot normally. The BlackBerry symbol and the loading doesn't show again. It shows some colourful circles reappearing and the phone turns on after a short while.

    Ooops..my bad. Will send the picture tomorrow but the circles are mostly blue and light green and getting to the end it's like amber color sets in.

    If that's legit I want it without the actual starting issue of course. And also check the "shared files permission" should it not be selected and your upload will come through (if that's the problem of course).

    Install a different OS. 10.2.1.3247 should be your best bet.
