What version of the z10 and what OS?

Since you are using cb10, you can simply type

myver (hit Spacebar) and it will fill in that info.

The Stl-100-1 model does have some calibration issues with battery charge.

Firstly drain your battery upto 0% or if 50% if it stops so than remove the battery for 2 hours and insert it. Charge it using wall socket and Hold the power button for a minute, if it switches and shows >10% than immediately remove charger and battery too. Let it drain to 0%( usually takes 10 minutes) . After that connect the charger immediately to wall socket with battery inserted. If it shows less than 5% than no worry..
Do it. It worked for me. There were so many forums about it in the crackberry. I tried most if it but nothing helped. This one is real and is of great help
