    Hi can someone help me please, i tried to wipe the phone and while i was doing so the battery died. now there's a phone connect to USB and monitor icon stuck on my screen. i tried updating my software using blackberry link but i keep receiving this error whenever it reaches to the extracting device software option

    ERROR: " An error has occurred while updating your device's software.Unspecified error encountered [A:0x00000084]"

    how can i fix this problem? i really need some help.

    Debrick the Z10, search the forums for guide, can't get the link cause on mobile.
