MY BlackBerry Z10 turns off frequently on 40 to 50 percent. Then doesn't on until plug in to the charger and when the mobile on it shows again 40 to 50 percent battery. It also drains battery very fast.
Please help..... I am very disappointed with this BlackBerry device.

I read somewhere on crackberry that the problem is in the phone not on the battery and maybe there is problem with sync of phone power meter with battery. What you think?

The problem is not always happens but only 4 to 5 times in month.

    Its about battery calliberation.
Switch off your phone, remove your sim, sdcard from device.. put it dat way around 1hr. Aftr 1 hour put it all back, let it charge 100%. Will work.do this..

When the problem occurs, I did this process and the phone behaves normal after that process, but after 3 to 4 days, it again behaves abnormal.

As mentioned in my last thread, I tried battery calibration and fone behaves good and the battery timing also becomes good but just after 4 to 5 days, it again drains battery fast and turns off on 40 to 50 percent. I want some permanent solution for that problem...

Try this. It worked for me....
    1. If it is showing 0%,use extensive tasks or play games until the mobile stops saying device is turning off. 2. Wait for minute. After that remove the battery and insert it after 2 hours. 3. Using the wall charger turn on the blackberry device by pressing the power button for a minute. 4. After switching on if the battery shows >10% than immediately disconnect the charger and remove the battery. 5. Wait for more 20 minutes and after that insert it and press power button for a minute by connecting it to the wall charger. After than if it shows
