    I had the same error when initiallytrying to buy BB10 apps. Your BB ID is not authorized to automatically pay for apps on the new BB 10 BlackBerry World.
    Before buying it again, go to Settings and BlackBerry ID to re-enter your password and accept a new agreement. Then go back and buy app again.

    are you sure it's available for BB10??? there should be a drop down menu that shows devices supported...

    it's supported. many already have it installed, including me.
