FINALLY just got the BB World update on Rogers. It only said 4.6MB though, not the 40mb+ people have been saying

I just saw your OS version: OS 10.0.9.2372, Im on Fido and it says OS 10.0.9.348??? Would anyone know why the different version?

I think all of these updates are native apps of the BB10 OS, so Ithink that all of the updates are going to be this way. I think if the updates affect the Carrier, only then will the Carrier have to approve and push it. I also believe it might be PIN driven. If the system detects that the PIN is active on a MicroSIM, the system detects it.

(I might be wrong on this.).

You could see the version number even with BBW 4.2.1.87.

I was telling people where to see the version so they could see if they were already on the new version.

I got the update as well, just upgraded, I shall post my experience with battery life improvement by the end of the day after having it tested,
Despite of some posts over here, I have updated very smoothly and without any difficulties, a bunch of apps were also in the notification at the same time like Twitter Facebook Dropbox box face flow

I think it come and goes. Or maybe it's been remove completely. We'll see in the next few days or so.

I find since the update, that BBW is really slow! Anyone else?

Yes, it seems to take 10 seconds longer to load.

Man nothing but issues reported with this update--and on so many threads. I'm sure it's not just for the BB10 as I'm in the states and can't get the BB10!) yet, so still running a 9810 torch with .746 OS and I have the update noitifcation. 9810 works great and still really like it! Since we can't get the 10 until the end of March if then--I don't mind waiting as I'm not up for an upgrade until April anyway. Going to keep watching it!

I've just noticed that I have a little spark on the 'My World' label in BBW but all my apps are up to date and there isn't an update listed when I hook up my Z10 to my pc via Link.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I have been monitoring the battery life on my wife's z10 after the update and over 4 days she has charged the battery once. She has gotten dramatically better performance. After the install the phone was rebooted and it was charged after 2.5 days at around 40% charge left. She could have gone another day. She is a very light user but when she first got it it would be around 50% when she came back from work. At her work she gets no signal so the phone is constantly looking for a signal. Today when she came back from work the phone used only 15% of the battery.

Has anyone else noticed this?
