When I go onto BlackBerry World (Just in past couple hours) I get a message saying 'List is not an active list'. I have restarted my phone but still nothing :S.

I'm so sorry that you are experiencing this! As someone who has had App World (when it was called App World ) problems before, I know how annoying this can be. My problem had to do with passwords, though, and not your specific issue. I suggest sending a direct message to @BlackBerryHelp on Twitter. They're really helpful and even follow up with you later to make sure that you were served in a proper fashion. Good luck!
