    Yeah, the solution lies in your screenshot; wait for few minutes and try reopening it, or if the problem persists than try refreshing BlackBerry World...

    BBW has been having issues on and off for the past few weeks. If it isn't working now, eventually it will be back to working properly. (it's working for me)
