I've read several threads regarding this issue. Some suggesting to open BlackBerry World from "Games" app, some from notification area when apps get update notice. Nothing worked for me... still only seeing this:

Do I really have to wipe device clean? I really don't want to do this, so.... help is appreciated.

Did any suggest rebooting? Hold up the top buttom and only let go after you see the BlackBerry logo (don't hit reboot on the screen).

As an optional step, you may want to turn AirPlane mode on prior to the reboot.

That happens only one time to me in os 10.2.1.1055 I reboot the device and have wifi connect to your device

I have the same issue. Did the re-boot and tried to get to BB WORLD through games app and that did not work either.

Open the music app. And start BlackBerry World from there. Temp work around, BlackBerry World update crashes BlackBerry World. You cab also try to get the BlackBerry World bar and side load it

1. Launch music app.
2. On the lower right corner press "3 dotted More" button.
3. (sub) menu pops up. Press "BlackBerry World "

this is really frustrating .. I cannot access via Viedo Menu or Music Menu as nowhere appears the blackberry world icon when i select the 3 little dots.
I have done a reboot ... and a security wipe and nothing solved the problem.

In some countries this option does not appear because we can't buy movies and music in BlackBerry World only apps
