    Hi all,

    I'm in the UK (O2 network running 10.2.0.424. I've got 3 apps that have updates and it won't let me, keep getting the attached error message?!

    Any ideas guys?

    Have the same problem on EE, it's a pain but I reeboot device and that works for me. Good luck

    This also happened to my device when I was running 10.1.
    Reboot & battery pull doesn't work, but device reset works.

    It's reset your device to the default factory settings through BlackBerry Link.

    No need to reset the device, just go to BlackBerry World app > Settings > General > Refresh BlackBerry World

    Had the same issue, but refresh bbw didn't work for me.
