    I can go into Blackberry World and view different apps, however I cannot download or update the current apps, any ideas?

    Do you have any Exchange email account?...mean that was my problem and from your post look the issue was same...

    Check parental control setting! If not reload the BlackBerry World.

    Well, my map app will not load and my SD card reader has stopped working. I noticed also that sometimes it will not respond and I have to hit the power button and then cancel out the shut down and it starts to work again. I tired using Blackberry Link to redo the device with no change.

    Do security wipe by sachesi and Don't restore back up files. Re-setting and reload apps to the device .

    My BlackBerry world app doesn't open on 3g! However it works fine on wifi.

    I'm on wifi and still nothing, it will show the updates to the apps, when I click to update, it never downloads.

    Notice some screen changes when you slide down from the top. However after the wipe, still can't access Blackberry World concerning updates and downloads, cannot use Maps, and it will not read the SD card. Also camera will not zoom in and out.

    Well, the phone started acting right again. Was able to this time, not before however, use BlackBerry Link and reload the device. All works now and took the 10.3.2 update and works great with it. I guess working outside and the heat getting to it is all I can figure out.
