    Hi everyone,

    I got a problem with my Z10. It does not detect my sim card after I reboot. I tried many sim but hopeless. I bought it from Handtec, but I would like to know that could I get warranty in Australia.

    I looking on the website but there is no information related to warranty center of Blackberry in Australia. So could someone let me know how can I get warranty in Australia?

    "Not detecting any SIM card" is a factory defect... my first Z10 has the same defect... the BlackBerry service center (AXIOM) doesn't even bothered to check it or reinstalled its software when they found out that it cannot any SIM card...

    They just replaced it on the spot...

    Is Handtec an online store? They should have some contact details or information on what to do if there is a defect In their products. Have a look at their website for more details.
