    Updated to 10.3 Tuesday on my BBZ10. All went well till I opened the contacts and it was empty. I was told by BB that because I have Windows 10 the two are not compatible. I have the backup file in the computer and on a thumb drive. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.

    Are all your contacts missing? Every single one?
    The new Facebook update gets rid of the facebook contacts, that might be what happened.

    If all your contacts are gone, try to do a restore using BlackBerry link software

    It's OK with BlackBerry nowadays. Same happened for me. I've lost all my data from Z10. And BB Link doesn't recover my backup. And no one helped me on forums. That's it!
