Hi

My BB travel user is linked to my work email address while my BBID is linked to my personal account. This was fine on OS6 with the 9800 but on the Z10 with the new BlackBerry travel app I get the error message attached.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You need to close the account via the website log-in and then register again from your Z10 app.

Un install BlackBerry travel on your device. Then log in on the website and add your personal email to your account in the options page. Then reinstall the app and it will log you right in and load all of your existing trips. I had the same issue!

That error for me was because the email address it (blackberry travel) was looking for was NOT the same as my blackberry ID i used to register my device with.

Bottom Line: Make sure the Blackberry Travel email address registered is the SAME as your Blackberry ID email.

Thanks for the tips. Problem was solved by adding my BBID linked personal email address to the BlackBerry travel profile through the website.

It was a bit of a schlep as I had to delete the old account, login with the new one and add the old email address as a secondary email address but BB travel is now working.
