Is anyone else having trouble connecting to blackberry protect in phone settings?
It won't let me turn it on.

Is everything working properly with your BBID? Are location services on? Can you download apps with no difficulty?

Just checked mine. It's on and seems to be working fine. Are u even able to go into the settings at all?

Mine didn't want to work for the 1st two days, but now the Z10 showed on the list of devices and the site could locate it on the map.

How on Earth do I stop the loud noise?! EDIT: Lord, had to disable Protect to make it stop!

Everything else works great. Can sign into the protect website on the device but in settings it says can't connect. I'm in the UK on EE network.

Mine has been working from day one, though a couple of times I found that it had disabled itself and I had to re-enable it. Haven't had an issue since.

Yes you have to turn your location services on or it will not work.

I had this problem as well, logged into the BlackBerry protect website with my bb I'd. Verified that my z10 was on the manage devices page. Once I did that BlackBerry protect started working for me.

Check Web Site for Protect and BBID. All is well. Checked Protect on the Z10, still broken. Restarted the Z10, Protect is now working.

Restarted and it works. Will keep you updated as to how long.
I restart my device frequently so don't know why it was unavailable for a few days during which I restarted the device a couple of times, then is fixed by a restart.

Mine just doesnt come up with a device on the website been trying for 2 weeks still wont work.
