Anyone else try setting up this pretty cool feature? Everytime I go to Protect App in Settings I get 'Unable to connect to the blackberry protect service'

Mine works perfectly fine. Maybe your carrier has blocked it? Are you connected to wifi?

Yea Im connected to WiFi, but disconnected and tried again. No luck. Carrier blocking would definitely suck, but is improbable.

Have you tried popping the battery out/in and trying again?
I had trouble last week getting Protect to work but a battery pop/reset solved that.

Good old battery pulls... even on BB10 they're still essential to the troubleshooting process.

Actually, they're not, but people are ignorant to think that they actually make a difference. I've said this many times, but people with the old BB mentality won't listen. By battery pull, just assume they mean restart but don't know how to retart the phone. I came from a Nexus 4, and BB10 has been much more stable than 4.2.1, so relax

i cannot resolve this issue, i have a case open with BB! on the protect website it just tells me how to add a device.
