some of you may have read i dropped my previous z10 at work and smashed the screen.

i have managed to sell my galaxy s4 which i hated by the way.

i purchased a black z10 which the owner had obviously interupted the security wipe because it was stuck on the screen with usb and pc image.

after a bit of reading and searching around on google i have it updating on the online blackberry update website its just over 33% at the moment.

lets hope it works as i have really missed my z10 and carnt wait to start using my fav phone on the market once again.

i payed just over $150 in english pounds which is a bargain in my eyes its sim free and only a week old comes with a leather flip case also so i snapped it up.

was getting a bit worried first 3 attempts to update resulted in a message fatal error.
was thinking the worst until the 4th time it started to download the update lets hope it does it as i have really missed my z10 i love this phone like no other handset and ive had a few iphone 5,note 2, s4,htc one and ive sold them all quick but my z10 i love using it and owning it.

Glad to see you got it fixed. Can you share why you thought the G4 and Note 2 were not as good as the Z? I may be considering these when my up grade rolls around (I love the size) if the A10 is not announced or available yet. Thanks

Yes the note 2 is massive and hated it for its sheer size it was a horrible device felt like u had a plasma TV in your pocket and when u took a call it was like putting a laptop to your ear.

The galaxy s4 was in my opinion no different to s3 apart from a few gimmicks and the build quality was cheap and tacky and also it was very laggy I found when surfing the web.

The z10 is a perfect size for me and the operating system is so fluid there is no gimmicks it's what a phone should be it's a device that does everything that I need in a smooth as silk way it's a pleasure to use it.
