Anyone please help me....I've got my BlackBerry Z10 as a gift...it is installed with os 10.3.3.746 and it doesn't have some stock apps I tried to install apk files but it doesn't work properly...I gone through all the forum and I came to know that it is a developer version and It couldn't be downgraded...the only way is to wait for official release...but people are talking about this problem since 1 year...now I'm feeling desperate...now all I need to know is
1. When they will release the official os?
2. Is there any way to install missing apps?
3. (By luck) is there any way to change os so that I can use the mobile normally?

There are newer official versions versions and a specific forum for installing the latest OS version and apps. So if you truly searched through the forum you should have found these easy to use instructions and links.

Which version Z10? If STL100-2 or 3 or 4, just download autoloader for 10.3.3.2205.

If STL100-1, you might be able to install most of the missing apps using a package that Conite graciously created. I believe it's in a thread titled "So you installed the Developer version", or something like that.

10.3.3.746 didn't get released for STL100-1 (thankfully), it's got to be one of the other models.

Get 10.3.3.2205 and load it through an autoloader, you'll need a PC.

Although, since it had 10.3.3.746 on it I have a suspicion that the previous owner was either up to something or deficient in something else.

i've visited conites link of 72 missing files, but that link has no files in mega drive

as you suggested im downloading 10.3.3.220 now will it have the stock apps????is it possible to downgrade to lower versions from 10.3.3.746 to 10.3.3.2205

2205 is the newest OS out of BlackBerry, and yes, it has all the apps.
