I don't use my phone for a sat-nav. Having a dedicated unit that stays on my dashboard is so much easier. In my opinion, Garmin maps are better than Nokia, BlackBerry, and Google. I don't even have to think about using it because it's always there. Just hit the power button and BINGO, I have maps.

Edit: Although BlackBerry Maps does have the best implementation of TTS.I had to use it the other day and it was excellent (except for when it says, "your destination is straight ahead", such that I don't know if it's on the left or right.).
