Hi, today i downloaded the latest Leak for STL100-1 and did complete backup which took about half hour :P than i installed the update and it went good now i am running on 10.1 now i want my old data back i cant actually restore first i did it told me to sigh in with ur blackberry id in ur bb device i did than it took some time and restored just media files (video,Pic,Music) and not settings contacts messges and all

can someone tell me how can i get them back

right now i just did restore than i will try again to restore

What kind of backup did you do? When you did the backup did it show settings, media, and applications? To get messages back you will need to add your accounts back to the device.

I use IntouchApp to keep my contacts independent of BB. This way I am at least never without my contacts after upgrading. IntouchApp: Apps and Plugins . They can also restore your contacts from your backup file (http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...uchapp-793315/)
