    every time I log into app world via Pc it tells me that I need to input a password (not my email and log in password) I get a pop up saying my z10 has a password on it and in order from me to use app world via Pc I need to type it in and it's been like that since the day I got it and I know for a fact that I do not have a password on it..
    I will try to post a pic of it when I get the chance to

    I get that, too. Ignore it, you'll still be able to install software etc. After buying\downloading a software online, your BlackBerry will respond within a minute or so and start downloading...
