    This is what I get when trying to get it and update to newest one, no matter if I plugged into PC or if I tried VIA email link.



    "Downloads via a USB connection are not enabled for this product. Please visit our mobile download site using the browser on your BlackBerry� smartphone."



    Also what about playbook? how to update it?

    I do not get any notification as of yet of an update, but it was posted ere yesterday I can't find it now, but there was an update for BB app world.

    There is no update for BlackBerry World.
    4.2.1.109 is still the latest version.
