    In phone app swipe down and go to setting

    BlackBerry 10 Phone App-img_00000400.png

    None of the option work for me ever in any build of BlackBerry 10 e.g call block call forward... show my number.... I am checking since the 10.0 till 10.2.1.. ? Why they are here then?
    Or I am wrong? Working for anyone else?

    Speak to your carrier as those settings are controlled by the carrier/network.

    My options work. I have mine set to not show my phone number when I call someone.

    I have told them but they don't know either... they say we can block give us the no. bla bla then they will charge for it
    ... of they are carrier related then how galaxy s2 and Nokia 1100 can forward the call on same carrier ?

    What does it show/do when you click call forwarding?

    It ask for no. When I switch it on after few seconds of wait nothing happened and call forward feature again off

    Mine by default shows my voice-mail number and then I can change it to another one.
