Maybe it has something to do with your network? You can try giving them a ring first.

Additionally - Reboot and see if that helps.

Could be your sim card. My friend was having similar issues. Try pulling the sim out.

Did you already try taking the sim out, let it boot up all the way. Then turn it off, and stick the sim back in to see if that helps?

It's obviously a network issue. Call your carrier.

What country are you in? If I'm not mistaken you're not a native English speaker, and you don't seem to be using a BlackBerry keyboard, at least not one set for English. The reason I ask is that some carriers in some countries will cap incoming SMS messages.

    Hi BobWalker,

I'm from the Philippines, and its actually my first time to use blackberry phone, i've using z10 for only a month that's why i'm still in the process of exploration. This is the first time that i encounter problem like this one,. It doesnt seem that its a network issue, because i have other phone and i put sim card with same network and it works just fine.

    Any advice will be appreciated,

    thank you.

Hmm... I am going to hazard a guess that either your carrier is pulling some shenanigans or your network is just not reliable. Try to get your contacts on BBM, I guess. It's very popular in your country as far as I know and is smoother than SMS in any country.
