    Hello everyone I've been using the z10 for about 1 week and i didnt have any problem but today when i locked my phone and tried to open it,surprisly a black screen appears!!
    I can still press the shutdown button and i can use the keyboard but i cant unlock my phone and after i restart it, the phone was back to normal and that happend to me maybe 3 times!!
    If anybody knows whats happening to my phone please tell me.

    Never happened to me. What OS are you running. That could potentially solve your issue!

    Could be something running in the background, can't tell for sure. Maybe you can retrace your steps (uninstall the last few apps you installed/sideloaded before experiencing the issue!)

    Sideloading has been attributed to similar issues, wont be surprised if this is the problem.
